"We have 500 chairs" and "we have 500 chairs free on your date" are different statements. Ask for the second one, especially in season, when the same stock is committed across several jobs.
Stock should be serviced between bookings. Ask what happens to an item that comes back damaged, and whether anything unfit is taken out of rotation rather than sent out again.
Air coolers work by evaporating water, so they need a supply at the venue, and they draw power that has to be planned with everything else. How many you need depends on the area, whether it is tented, and the guest count — a good supplier will size it rather than sell you the maximum.
Find out whether the price includes laying the seating out to your plan and collecting afterwards, or whether it stops at the gate. It changes what you need from your own team on the day.
